Final cleaning charge

• final cleaning charge “Söldenblick Studio” and “Apartment (2-4 persons) from € 70,- up to € 90,-
• final cleaning charge “Söldenblick Apart” (4-6 persons): from € 80,- up to € 110,-
• final cleaning charge “Panorama Apart” in the house next door (4-10 persons): from € 80,- up to € 140,-
• No final cleaning charge in our rooms (bed&breakfast).

• check out till 10.00 a.m.

Short stay surcharges are possible!

Reduction for kids in the doubleroom of two full paying persons:
0-5 years 100 %
5-10 years 50 %
10-16 years 30 %
from 16 -20% in the third bed

No Reduction for kids in the apartments!

Agreement of Cancellation fee!
*   until 31 days before arrival no cancelation fee!
*   from 30 days until 8 days  before arrival 70% of the total booking amount!
*   from 7 days before arrival 90% of the total booking amount!
*    no show, late arrival or early departure 100 %!
